Bit late on the review, but 5 stars for Jason Thai at Servco Lexus. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I had. He accommodated every request we had and made us feel like old friends. He's incredibly personable and trustworthy, I will definitely go with him again in the future. Check out his YouTube channel!

I had an issue come into my hands with my Lexus CT200h which I had recently purchased from Servco Lexus, and I had contacted Jason Thai and told him about my issues I had with the car upon delivery, he rested me assured and let me know that everything was going to be taken care of. I notified that I was available yesterday and came back down to Lexus to have my car taken care of. Dayven had helped me out and even brought me a loaner to use. It was amazing since everything happened so quick and my car even got repaired within the day! Dayven if you are ever reading this, thank you, and I cannot thank you enough! This was an amazing experience and I cannot believe the amazing service I had received. Both Jason and Dayven both outperformed themselves and I would truly and honestly would go back again! An absolute 1000000/10 recommendation from me!

10/10 would recommend. I'm not a customer, but a car broke down in front of the dealership. The driver tried to get out and push her car on her own and out of nowhere, three Lexus workers ran across three lanes of traffic to help her push the car to a safer location. I can't afford a Lexus at this time, but the employees sure have dedication and give me faith in humanity.
